Delivery:

The displays will be delivered to your stand on the last setup day.

Installation:

• Please note that all technical devices require a power connection, which must be available at the stand. To ensure the power supply can be properly planned, the exact location of the media technology must be coordinated with the appointed stand construction company.
• The installation includes unpacking and packing the devices, all materials needed for wall or stand mounting, tools, connecting the devices to an existing power source, a brief functionality check of the device, and storage of the packaging materials.
• For wall mounting of displays, the exhibitor must provide a sufficiently load-bearing mounting wall. This is not included with the display. Mounting displays on system stand construction walls is not possible. System stand construction walls can be replaced with a mounting wall by the appointed stand construction company at an additional cost.
• Devices for mounting on trusses do not include the trusses or the required suspension points. These must be ordered separately and be available at the stand at the time of installation.
• Connecting, setting up, and testing customer-owned playback devices (USB sticks, DVD players, notebooks, etc.) is not included in the price. This service can be booked at an additional cost.

Dismantling and Collection:

Dismantling and collection after the event are included.
